Haftungsausschluss Mit dem Urteil vom 12.05.1998 - 312O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" hat das
Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, dass man ggf. durch die Anbringung eines
Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seiten und ggf. sogar der dort angebrachten
Links mit zu verantworten hat. Dieses kann nur dadurch verhindert werden,
dass man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.
"Hiermit distanziere ich mich ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten aller
gelinkten Seiten auf meiner Homepage und mache mir diese Inhalte nicht zu
eigen. Diese Erklärung gilt für alle auf meiner Homepage angebrachten
Links."
With the sentence from the 12.May in 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "liability for
links" the country court of Hamburg has decided, that by setting a link to
another home page you are responsible for the contents of the liked sites.
This you can prevent, if you keep distance from the contents of these sites.
With this, we declare not to be responsible to the content and that we
formally keep distance to all contents of the sites we have been setting a
link to.
